You will be able to come to the Stadium by the Sea parking lot to have a COVID test. This week (March 16-19) testing will be open from 10am to 5pm, today thru Friday, under the white tent.
Starting next week (March 21) PCHS will be offering COVID testing Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 only.
No appointments are necessary, however, you must fill out an online form before arriving to the parking lot to get tested. The form can be accessed here: FormDr – Hilton/CHP COVID Center – Pacific Palisades
For the TEST* – please pick PCR.
Also have your Insurance card and Driver’s License ready as you will need to upload front and back of both documents onto the form.
As a reminder, all athletes are required to be tested weekly & bring their negative test results from the prior week to practice each Monday.
