REMINDER that all physical paperwork MUST be submitted online and cleared by the nurse prior to Monday, July 25. Do not wait until late July to start the process!
If your player’s last physical exam was done before November 30, 2021, you need to schedule a new physical now. Physicals are valid for 1 year and can not expire during the season, including playoffs. Parents/guardians then must complete the Athletic Clearance Online Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year at http://www.athleticclearance.comand upload a copy of your child’s new physical. Please keep a copy for your records! For 2022, you do not need hand-in any hard copies of your physical paperwork. However, all players need to turn in a new completed emergency card to their coach prior to the start of official practice.
