PCHS announced that weekly COVID Testing is REQUIRED to participate in Spring Football! Without being fully cleared a student will not be able to participate in any Athletic Conditioning on campus.

Bring proof of a COVID test with negative results (turn in weekly on Monday)
Paperwork will need to be presented to PCHS at the On-Campus Check-In location near the Announcers Booth / Stadium Gate.
Where can I get a test?
Families/Students can choose ANY testing location – whatever is most convenient for them. Free COVID-19 testing is available to all LA County residents at drive-up and walk-up testing sites.

Proceed to register. When it asks for Student ID, Enter 0000000000 for non-LAUSD students. (Do not enter the Pali student ID)
